Gwinnett County School Calendar – The Gwinnett County Public School (GCPS) calendar 2025-26 prepares major dates for the school community for the academic year. The first day of school is scheduled for August 4, 2025, and the last day is scheduled for May 21, 2026, which marks the 180th school day.

Gwinnett County Board of Education Meeting Schedule 2025-2026
The Gwinnett County School Board holds a meeting once a month, usually on the third Thursday. These meetings happen at the school district office in Suwanee, GA. There are two parts to each meeting: a work session at 2 p.m. and a business meeting at 7 p.m.. Anyone from the public can attend or watch online. If you want to speak at a meeting, you need to sign up a few days ahead of time.
